Credit Card Security

We do not handle your credit card information, and at no stage are we aware of your credit card information. Payment processing is provided by PayPal.

PayPal is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. With over 150 million accounts it is paramount that they have state of the art protection so you should feel secure with payment through them.

Order Turnaround

As prints are constantly on order we aim to despatch your order well within 21 days. We will contact you if there is a delay and delivery will take longer. Of course, if your chosen print is in stock then it will be despatched the same day or the following day.

Payment Options

At the present time we accept payment by PayPal. UK only: if you would prefer to pay by cheque please email me with your request.

Shipping Costs

We have added a £3 postage and packing charge per ORDER. We want our prints to be in perfect condition upon delivery. They are therefore well packed up and protected. Unfortunately this adds weight to the print and we therefore feel that a charge across the whole order - whether you order one print or ten - covers the basic cost.

All items are despatched with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This requires a signature on delivery. We will email you to inform you that your order is on its way.

We are happy to exchange any print for another of the same value. The buyer must pay the return postage, only the cost of the item will be exchanged. Items for return must be back with us in original new condition and the print cellophane wrapping untampered with, within 7 days.

In the unusual event that your print(s) arrive damaged in any way, we are happy to refund the full cost price and your return postage. Please email us to inform us of the situation and to discuss the next step.
